Forno Di Pastena was born in an area of Ciociaria particularly suited to the production of high quality food, which have received major awards at the European level (consider, for example pepper D.O.P. Pontecorvo, the cannellini of Atina D.O.P. or vine Cesanese D.O.C.G.).
With our work, we wanted to make a strong contribution to obtain and maintain the prestige of our land, building and handing over time the culinary traditions of the area, making daily bread, pastries, pizza, cakes, food products, flavors that were being lost with the passing of years due to the industrial production rates that do not allow this kind of excellence.
