We create rich buffet for every event and occasion, all characterized by a great flavors and delights. In detail, the buffet consisted of: sandwiches, pizza, mixed rustic, sausages poached, stuffed croissants, fried meats, “calzoni” mignon, panino, brioche stuffed and much more. For more traditional products, with a view of innovation (but always respectful of the dictates of traditional craftsmanship in terms of preparation and authenticity of the product) we revisit old recipes to create pies, cakes and sweets of great taste and visual impact.
